Michael’s career is rooted in a family history of commercial real estate. He was formally trained as a commercial realtor at the BCIT Real Estate program and received his early career training at Colliers in Vancouver, where he focused on retail leasing and land sales.
In 2002, Michael joined Carewest Properties, shifting his focus exclusively to the Seniors Housing market. To further his expertise in investment analysis and data-driven strategy, he earned the he earned his CCIM designation in 2005.
